WANT TO JOIN THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?
Fellows of the Leadership Academy will attend six in-person sessions with award-winning career coaches. The program is designed to provide guidance and support to the fellows to help them achieve their professional goals.
Fellows will also be required to collaborate and design a new service project. The goal of this project is to provide resources to some our most vulnerable populations living in South Florida.
To be eligible for selection, you must be a lawyer who has practiced law for at least five years, and you must be an active member of MDFAWL and/or GSCBWLA. Applicants should also have a demonstrated commitment to community service.
Completed applications must be submitted via email info@womenlawyersleadershipmiami.org, before 5 p.m. EST on September 20, 2024.

Giving Back
The Leadership Academy’s sister organizations are committed to giving back. Their members have provided hours of pro bono legal services and they have dedicated themselves to an array of important initiatives.
Over the years, they have dedicated hours to serving foster youth, victims of domestic violence, and other vulnerable members of the South Florida community.
