WANT TO JOIN THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?
The program is designed to provide guidance and support to Leadership Fellows to achieve their professional goals.
Leadership Fellows will collaborate and create a collective service project. The goal is to bring diverse perspectives together to help solve issues impacting the most vulnerable populations living in South Florida.
To be eligible for selection, you must be a lawyer who has practiced law for at least two years, and you must be an active member of MDFAWL and/or GSCBWLA. .

Giving Back
The Leadership Academy’s sister organizations are deeply committed to giving back.
Members of both organizations have provided countless hours of pro bono legal services and community service projects over the years, creating programming to benefit victims of domestic violence and serving foster youth throughout South Florida.
Fellows will be charged with joining this effort.
