THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL) and the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association (GSCBWLA) have jointly developed the Women's Leadership Academy, which offers professional development and leadership training to lawyers in South Florida. 

The organizations created this program to meet their shared goal of identifying opportunities for growth in the legal community and beyond. The project is organized by a committee of dedicated members of MDFAWL and GSCBWLA who are committed to mentorship and community service.
